    This place is as dodgy as it comes. Do not buy a car from here. Do not buy the extended warranty as it doesn't constitute a log book service. It also locks in you, to their services which they don't do half the things they're supposed to. I marked the wheels before a service as I thought they weren't rotating the wheels. Guess wgat happened. They didn't rotate the wheels even though they told me that they did. There are 20 plus things I could mention. Trust me. Don't buy a car from here and don't get it serviced here!

    WHY I BUY THE TOYOTA BRAND, BUT DO NOT HAVE THEM SERVICED BY THE DEALER: The dealers make no effort to undertake a complete comprehensive service, although I'm sure that the unsuspecting previous owner was probably none the wiser considering they probably felt that the 3 year new car warranty meant they would be taken care of. To me, based on my experience of over 20 years with the brand and dealer servicing departments, this 3 year new car warranty is nothing but a sucker punch to get new car owners to fork over money for services that dealers never carry out. Take it to a trusted independent licensed mechanic who will be transparent in their business dealings and services.

    I'm sorry to review so low, but I can only be honest with my professional experience. I can't even say that they went above and beyond to get my business. I made several enquiries about online advertisements that no one got back to me on. I made first contact by ringing the dealer because I didn't have the time or patience to wait for a phone call or email. With my enquiry, I was transferred from sales person to person. Each experience was different and so I made an executive decision to stick with the first person I had initially made contact with. Talking shop, I was told the set price and they sure made me aware of that, that there'd be no discounts, so don't bother asking. This was a bit off putting and I found that part of the buying process more than a little rude. Nevertheless, I was thankful for having spoken to multiple staff members so in the end I chose the one that I felt had been the most helpful and least rude over the phone. I asked a lot of questions about the vehicle I intended to purchase. While some answers were easily answered, others required a day or two to complete.

    Got a service and front breaks, fluid flush tell them my battery light was popping on, turns out im now waiting for my car to be towed. My alternator is gone this service from Toyota is more unreliable and very inconvenient.

    CLEANLINESS OF PREMISES AND SALE VEHICLES: Carpark, showroom, offices, waiting room and guest toilet facilities all passed cleanliness inspections with attention to detail. The same was not so upon test driving vehicles as the interior of these left much to be desired with stains and offensive smells on fabric and consoles. Some vehicles advertised were not road worthy, having flat tyres or noisy brakes.

    Took vehicle in for a full service got it back saying vehicle it fine .Then took car for a wheel alignment the next day but they couldn't do an alignment due to major play in front wheel. So took vehicle back to toyota to find out what the problem was, they then said rack and pinion was stuffed and not to drive the vehicle. This is very poor and could have resulted in an accident. Not happy at all

    LOCATION AND PARKING: Easy to find. Driveway is clearly visible to traffic turning on or off the road. Customer parking wasn't a problem.

    *Mechanical servicing side of things isn't that great - they will neglect basic maintenance to maintain the overall performance and integrity of your Toyota vehicle. (My air filter and cabin filters are putrid testimony to this fact.)

    Best service and nice friendly people there. There was a bolt missing in my car and I asked them for one. They ordered a new bolt for me came with a simple package and even serial numbers... Awesome!

    TOYOTA SERVICING SHAME: I just bought a car from them yesterday with low KMS. For a car that's a year old and after I had been told that Toyota had serviced the car, I had my independent mechanic check it out. For a car that had 24,000 on the clock, my independent mechanic was horrified (as was I) that no one ever replaced the air filter or cabin filters! Both putrid as putrid can be. A service doesn't just mean the oil and oil filter get changed. At least Toyota managed to do that right as it was a clear yellow colour without the tainted browning that occurs when you need to change it (roughly every 6months or 10,000kms - whichever comes first).

    **This is why I flat out, hands down refuse to have any Toyota dealership service my vehicle (they cut corners and don't do a good job but charge you anyway)**. At least my independent licensed mechanic will take the car apart right in front of me and show me what's really under the hood.
